However, 26% of Gen Z respondents are concerned that AI could eventually replace their jobs. The survey also revealed that 38% of Gen Z workers believe their employers should provide AI training, and 35% think companies should have clear policies on AI use. Despite the concerns, the survey suggests that Gen Z is embracing AI tools like ChatGPT in the workplace, with many seeing them as productivity boosters.
